In compliance with the provisions of art.13 and 122 of Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003 (hereinafter the "Privacy Code"), as well as the provisions of the General Provision of the Privacy Guarantor of 8 May 2014, as well as the provisions of art. 13 of EU regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR") concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, without prejudice to any changes and obbligations that will be necessary for the adaption of national legislations to EU provisions, as well as of the European or national legislative measures and/or measures of the supervisory authorities following the publication of this information, ESARC HI-TECH srl, with registered office at Piazza Santissima Trinità 9, 20154 Milano (MI), data controller, informs users of the website www.esarc.com of the type of cookie used by the same and the purposes pursued with the information acquired, also providing directions to proceed with their selectiong/deselectiong.

1. WHAT ARE COOKIES AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES CAN THEY BE USED

There are different types of cookies and you can specify if all types of cookies, some types or none can be saved on your computer. The cookies saved on your computer can only be read by the website that created them, the files that contain them have in fact the same name composed of the URL of the website that created them. 

2. PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY COOKIES

A permanent cookie is stored as a file on the computer even after the browser is closed and can be read from the website that created it the next time the user visits the site.

A temporary cookie is stored only for the duration of the current session and is removed from the computer at the end of the session: this closure can be caused by a specific command, by closing the brower or by using a different UR: from the site that generated the cookie. 

3. FIRST PARTY AND THIRD PARTY COOKIES

The first-party cookies are those created by the website displayed, or sent to it, and are generally used to store information such as the preferences of the user who is visiting the site. 

Third-party cookies are cookies created by a website other than the one displayed, or sent to it. Third-party websites typically provide part of the content of the displayed website. For example, many sites use the advertising of third-party websites that, in turn, may use cookies. Cookies of this type are generally used to record the use of a Web page by the user for advertising or marketing purposes. Third-party cookies can be permanent or temporary.
